“After years of dental searching and finding the WRONG dentists in Irvine, this is the one.
First off, their office is very warm and inviting, the front desk staff is on top of everything. When they tell you they will call you back, they call you back. I didn’t wait on hold at all, I didn’t go through some major process to join up.
Upon arrival to this very relaxing neutral toned/painted office, I was offered coffee and one of the most relaxing front area chairs I’ve ever sat in. I didn’t have to wait long (5 minutes?) before I went back. We did a full mouth xRay as I haven’t had one done in a long time. They made the whole process easy, as little pain as possible (those xRay’s aren’t fun) and the best part everything is digital, so we get the results immediately.
I had a tooth bothering me and feared a root canal.. alas, it was just a filling needed, and I got a full cleaning from the dental hygenist, who was also extremely friendly and inviting to their office.
I had Dr. Samonte, and she was perfect.. I’ve never had a dentist sit and go through each tooth with me one by one to show me any problems or anything that needs done. She only did the filling, and mentioned the other services I would need in the near future, but did not PUSH me to get them done that day like other dentists.
I would highly recommend this group to anyone, they take most major insurance plans and belong to most discount plans. What a jewel Dentists in Irvine!”
