  • We are at 16100 Sand Canyon Ave, Suite 270, Irvine, CA 92618, near Sand Canyon and Alton in the same building as Hoag Medical Group Irvine. The office is a short drive from the 5 and 405 freeways and easy to reach from Woodbridge, Oak Creek, Quail Hill and nearby Orange County cities.

  • We are open Monday and Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends.
