Many people hate flossing. Why?
A while back they started talking about how floss doesn’t make a difference, and people got so excited.
I have to say I don’t agree with that, its common sense. Imagine eating all day and not removing that piece of chicken that got stuck between your teeth.
Flossing not only removes food particles but also disrupts the bacteria and loosens it up.
The manual floss is always the best option because it allows you to nicely get between the teeth and under the gum lines in order to clean properly.
For those who absolutely will not floss or have trouble with dexterity can use alternative option.
- Dental flossers
- Interdental brushes
- Battery powered or electrical flossing devices
- Waterpik
Flossing helps:
- Reduce your risk of gingivitis
- Help prevent future cavities in-between your teeth
- Best time to floss is before brushing at nighttime!!!
- Use a soft or extra soft bristle toothbrush
